2018 T6 California Ocean Indicator sound and other signal tones have stopped working

Hi, we have a 2018 T6 California Ocean for 2 years and it's been brilliant but the Indicator sound and other signal tones have stopped working a few days ago. Has anyone experienced this and know how to resolve the problem?

That's odd, I noticed the ad blue range was 1600 miles the other day, note to by some ad blue and it normally flags up to refill at 1500 miles, its reached that and no warning so far.
It was serviced in March.
