The journey was Leicester to Plymouth, ferry to Santander, Santander to Salamanca for a night and then onto Merida.

Just a note , you will probally not do another 100 miles as your computer says....it never gives accurate info .
But still a long drive with one fill up...

I just did about 2400 km thru France using a about 200 liter diesel on my 2012 SE 140 bhp

I've just booted mine from St Malo to Cherbourg at 75/85 with a full load of holiday guff, brandrup cargo bag and a bike on the vw bike rack. Mines a 2011 180 and I was averaging 28 mpg for that run! Normally about 33 with mixed driving. With diesel at €1.04/l I wasn't that bothered about economy today!

I've got the 180. I've been to 613 miles before the Fuel warning, but I didn't believe the optimistic Range of 80 miles.
However, I could only squeeze in 66 L of diesel. So maybe!
