Central Spain in August/September - Portable AC units?

How do you install it? Do you have the window open with the heat air going out or did you buy some adapter? I am trying to figure this out because I am thinking about getting a zero breeze. I am originally from Spain but live in Switzerland, and Spain can get very hot during summer.

I had issues with getting spare parts for the ZeroBreeze and switched to an EcoFlow. It’s a bit larger though. I use a foam panel in the front window that holds the intake and exhaust hoses. The EcoFlow offers both AC and heating functionality while the ZeroBreeze is only AC. It’s also 5000 BTU vs ~2000.
