Accidentally sprayed Autoglym "Clean Wheels" on seat instead of "Interior Shampoo" - now have seat as clean as my wheels :-)

Seems to have worked as well, if not better, than the Shampoo. Not sure I would risk it on a permanent basis but has done a good job on the seat

I managed to get heavy black grease on my leather and alcantara drivers seat. Panicked a bit and had a look at Autoglym interior cleaner. Instructions referred to Intensive tar remover for oil on upholstery. Panicked a bit more and thought I had nothing to lose as the seat look awful. Worked a treat. No mark or damage.

As long as the foam pad doesn’t turn to dust in a couple of weeks.

Yep, that would be a bit of a disappointment for sure, but fair point and a thought that did cross my mind immediately after realising what I had done
