My Ocean turns three on 23rd January, when I look at All in Plans on the website, it directs me to just a service plan rather than the All In, the dealer tells me I have to wait until after the 23rd to apply, it seems odd, can anyone advise? Wondering if I have the wrong website?

You can’t have 2 service/ warranty plans running simultaneously.

Yes, I gather that, but seems strange you can't arrange it beforehand, a bit like saying you can't renew insurance until after it expires?? thought maybe I was missing something.

OK, I renewed and have all of the paperwork etc. One thing that doesn't look that clear is the Roadside Assistance, it says Europe, anyone if that is Europe the continent or Europe as in EU? In other words anyone know if Serbia and Montenegro etc. are covered?

I would have thought if they had said Europe then they mean ALL those countries classified as in Europe.

Yep, I am aware of the countries in Europe, but thanks anyway. Under a previous policy (non VW) Europe was classed as EU member states, so Serbia etc was excluded along with some others. I suppose I can call them and ask, but just thought someone might actually KNOW from experience with VW rather than guessing like me.

According to VW Roadside Assistance handbook you are covered everywhere, even Russia and Ukraine ( don’t go there )
