Anti Roll Bar details

I found a post giving a picture and part number of a thicker rear ARB which can be fitted. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thinking of doing this prior to lowering - is it worth it?

Also, anyone lowered 30mm and key 16" wheels, might have to do this as an interim measure while I convince myself to part with the cash for new wheels!
