1, Can CarPlay maps be shown on the digital cockpit or is it only VW nav?
2, Any issues to watch in the pop top ref mildew or water getting in as the mattress cover has mildew on it.?
3, Has anyone had clear protective wrap fitted to the front ?
4, Anyone using VW Birmingham any issues with booking times as I have a stop/start error and the booking is end of May !!

1. I’m not an expert but in theory you should be able to get you get Waze / Google maps from your phone to play on the VW Head unit? (I have a Kenwood unit and works fine using CarPlay / Screen mirroring.); I’m sure someone else will jump in to assist.

2. Roof has probably been closed when wet, but not reopened later to dry out. Fitting an internal Isotop can prevent this from happening in future ..works a bit like goretex.

3. It’s possible. Try contacting companies that specialise in wrapping. Then you will get a good finish.

1 - Using my in-laws VW T-Roc today, and Google maps shows only on the head unit, not in the digital cockpit.
2 - If the pop top is closed following rain, it should be opened and allowed to dry ASAP. When closed there shouldn't be any water ingress.
