Booked in for service and MOT at 10 am. No contact as to progress so called at 4.30 to be told, yes come now it will be ready. Arrived at 5.30 to be told still in the workshop and it won’t be ready for 30 mins. Pointed out that it was actually on the forecourt!
6.30 finally ready and was told we’ve topped up the Adblue, which wasn’t mentioned previously.
Topped up was not the word I’d have used, looks like it overflowed and no one could be bothered to clean it up. Makes you wonder what went on under the bonnet.
Only comment was, everyone’s gone home, but come back tomorrow and we’ll clean it.
Avoid at all costs!

That’s terrible. So poor, where has the customer service gone.
 
Sadly it’s not that unusual. Good service is no longer a thing companies strive to achieve. Vote with your feet. Go elsewhere.
