Battery management issues VW New California T7

EV battery stayed at 79-80%. It seems that the EV battery has no role in maintaining the charge of the 12v batteries.
Very unusual. Every hybrid and EV I've driven, the high voltage traction battery would trickle charge the starter battery. Even my Tesla EV has a 12v battery for emergency opening of doors, etc when the EV battery reaches zero and this is also trickle charged from the EV battery if it drops below a certain voltage.

I fully agree; no doubt about it ; I repeatedly experienced that.

A question regarding how the heating system works in the PHEV. When you look at the options on the configuration, there is “Camper Parking Heater for continuous operation …” £3,120 on the coast and comes as standard for the ocean. This only appears with the diesel or petrol version, not in the PHEV? Any idea on why? Or how does it work for the PHEV?

Ohhh …the confusion on using the breaker before connecting external power comes from the online manual in the van which says to do so!!!…VW have been made aware to maybe change the manual
Hi, greetings from Poland! I am struggling with such a defect. Is there any chance to solve it by my own? By the time being VW servis in Poland hasn't met such an issue. Many thanks for answer.
