Beach camper vs tour

Hi. Just joined. Looking to buy a ca. 2 yr old Euro LHD Beach tour or Beach camper.
I like the tour because of its 2 doors sliding.
If i were to buy the tour:
a) is it considered silly/expensive/hard to add the external power functionality?; and
b) which existing (small) floor rail pod system could be leveraged to do the following: a) serve as a base or cradle or attachment for large monitor, e.g. 32"; b) securely hold a nespresso machine, and c) securely hold a kettle?
