Best campsites in Cumbria

Taking the family up to the Lakes for a few days. Any recommendations for good campsites with great views and that allow fires?

Eskdale in the West has always been popular on this forum. It's now NT owned and is handy for for some great walks.

We've also stayed at Waterside House on Ullswater. You can pitch up next to the lake without hookup and have some great views. Hookup pitches are also available. This site might be a better bet when the weather is poor.

I was going to say Wasdale but they are also NT and don't allow fires but you can have above ground bbqs.

I would check sites before you go, lots of water around at the moment.
