Biolite nanogrid - any good?

Having looked at the biolite some time ago I am now being bombarded with offers for their Nanogrid. A torch and light that acts a power hub to which you can connect 2 other lights as well as powering USB devices.

Has anyone used one? Are they any good?

Seems expensive.
We've got one of these which starts a car with flat battery. Has a torch, a USB socket for charging things and we could use it to power our ten quid off Ebay strings of LEDs. Very sceptical initially about its car starting ability but it works amazingly well.
