Our daughter recently moved to Vilafranca near Barcelona and being unable get all her stuff in her Abarth 500 I ended up loading the Cali and taking it down.
Fortunately she found a furnished flat otherwise there would have been a bed and some other furniture in there as well.
Off the ferry at Dieppe aty 5am and 600 miles down to our place in the Pyrenees for an overnight stop. Nightmare drive for the first 400 miles down to Bordeaux with torrential rain and wind on the motorways.
Weather cleared as I approched the mountains
The represenatation of the TDF on the Col de Tourmalet at the services between Pau and Tarbes
Woke up in the morning to this view out of the bedreoom window.
Dusting of fresh snow on the tops
Off to the Bielsa tunnel and through to Spain.
Gorgeous scenery and cracking mainly deserted roads in Spain
Unloading point, daughters building in Vilafranca, van heaved a sigh of relief.
Catalunya election time. Vilafranca is very nationalistic. Lots of flags out.
Next weekend off to Motorland for the Aragon Moto GP

And Pedrosa and Rossi epic battle for second. Pedrosa kept it.
