Bonjour -Gooday and Hello

Hi ,
As a new user (Tony)thought id say hello .
My Ozzie girlfriend(Penny) and i are currently traveling Europe in the Cali and happended to bump into Malc on a campsite near Angers .A few glasses of du vin later and we were kindly handed a touring book of France and some golden nuggets of advice on where would be a good place to visit.The next morning a note was left on our cali table with his contacts details and a kind message wishing all the best and safe travels.
As a keen vw fan (ive owned bays splits ,beetles etc) ive met lots of keen dubbers along the way so it was such a pleasure to meet such a great guy in the middle of France !.... the result of which, encouraged us to make this post to this forum and get more involved in the cali scene.
Thanks Malc hopefully well meet again soon well be delivering the book back by hand so get the Vino ready
