Borth, Ceredigion, Wales. Not to be confused with Borth in North Wales, Borth, Ceredigion is situated mid Wales, West Coast and is just ten minutes from Aberystwyth and about 15 minutes to Aberdyfi. With a couple of great pubs, selection of shops, and an ancient forest remains visible at low tide there are lots of things to do and see. It is great for wind sports, walking, cycling, and what we love about it - it’s always quiet. Aber and Aberdyfi are also great places to visit - and then there is the sunset.

Our first camp of 2025 - didn’t disappoint.

Cambrian Coast is a nice park, restaurant - bar - indoor pool - and opposite the sea (nice sunsets). Even if you don’t stay there they allow use of the pool for a small fee - and it’s usually quite in there (often have it to yourself). If you are after a cheap stay in Borth - the Railway pub allow sleepovers on their large car park. Further down the coast, Mwnt is fabulous and close to Cardigan, the castle is well worth a tour and opposite is the Forest Pizza Teepee - some of the best pizza you will ever eat. Enjoy, Pembrokeshire is one of our most favourite places to travel - so many, many lovely places to see and things to do.
