Hi,
Just a quick question. I’m wondering if anyone is using the Brandrup Isotop in the new style bellows?
I removed the Isotop from our last van but haven’t installed it in the new one for 2 reasons - I don’t know if it will fit as the new material is thicker and it is already quite tight to close the hatch. The other reason is we had some water ingress this summer and I don’t want to cover up the issue if it happens again.
It was after 3 days of pretty heavy rain so may be an isolated incident but it’s an 04S! Been in moderate rain since with no problem.
Cheers, Scott

I’m in the same boat.

Seems like very little room up there. The hatch is a very tight fit.

Ditto re water ingress.

No definite answers yet either! Fingers crossed somebody has fitted one.

I’m in exactly the same position, the hatch is very tight to close without adding any extra bulk, so I’m reluctant to risk fitting the Isotop from our previous T6. It’s a pity as it makes a big difference when it’s cold.

I took advantage of the 10% VIP discount on Brandrup kit from the club shop this week. Before pulling the trigger, having read this thread, I asked this exact question and was assured they have sold plenty of the V6 Isotops for the 6.1 without issue.

Just reading another thread on here about these for 6.1 and it says to remove the front panel from the Isotop before dropping the roof and the is plenty of room to close the hatch
