New to forum, and I can see very useful.
Picking up Grey 180 DSG 4 Motion this Friday and already have first trip planned to Peak District following weekend. Financially poorer, but happier I think!
1 year old from VW Citygate. Very nice.
Looking around the various additions I can see mattress topper clearly a need. Firstly however insurance - any suggestions on who to call? My wife and I over 50...

Try comfort insurance

Join the camping and caravaning club and ask them for a quote. They know what the Cali is. Other insurance companies just think ita a van and don't cover the inside etc.
You can ask the C&CC for a quote without being a member.

Amazingly, after I tried a comparison site - Admiral had good quote, but have not yet followed up to see if inside already covered.

Yes -Admiral was fine
Comfort slightly more expensive quote but could be a London factor.

Just back from first trip - Peak District
Loved the van. Even Saturday night thunder, lightning, persistent rain -it was cosy inside.
Everything on the van worked perfectly -a real pleasure
