Broken spring and extended warranty

I've just had my 17 Ocean fail an MOT at local dealer due to rear broken spring. They say it's not covered under all in one warranty; yet other members have had this repaired under warranty I believe. Also they advise to replace both rear springs at a cost of £724... is that reasonable??

No its not and should be covered by the warranty part of the all in service plan I would sk them to explain how the spring have broken under normal use......
