Brown water marks along cabinets on floor.

Just took my recently purchased 2018 Cali Ocean out for it's fourth overnighter and noticed brown water marks along the base of the cabinets.
It's carried water on all occasions and this has never happened before.
It has just had the grey water tank sensor changed but this is located at the top of the tank so I can't see how it's related.
