Built in inverter

I was contemplating putting the inbuilt inverter back in after I removed it to put a sub under the seat - I did wonder if I might be better to have a one that plugs into one of the 3 12v (cigar plugs) . Does anyone know what the quality of the built in one is ie full sine or modified sine wave

I cannot remember where I read it now but I am sure I did (!) - the built in inverter is not pure sine wave. I would frankly be amazed it it was as that technology is still expensive and reserved for more specialist duties than those intended for use in the Cali.

Typically these circuits are limited to around 250W.
