I was nearly too scared to ask but hey none of you guys actually know me ;)

We've been using a rectangle plastic tub that holds half a block but when it gets low it's a real PITA to get out so I'm after a "traditional" butter dish in plastic but with a clip on lid .... seems to be a big ask as I can't find anything.

What are you guys using?

Plenty of air tight plastic ones on ebay. A nice elastic band can ensure closure or a wee Velcro tie.
Or go all out and buy a butter mill. :)

Butter mills generally get an awful review but I'm not adverse to a good rubber band solution, we use the silicon cooking ones for all manner of things, holding my Garmin on it's mount on my motorcycle, bunch of allen keys together, keeping half full bags of nuts/pasta/crisps closed, flicking at the wife etc etc.

Lard....dip the bread in after you've fried the bacon :thumb
(If only I was a child at my Grandmas again)
