California arriving soon

Hello All,
My wife Julie and I are both retired and live on Oxfordshire. We have been considering the purchase of a camper for some six months and after a lot of thought have decided to spend the children's inheritance and so new Berghaus arrives on Monday.
We have two Border Collies and would like to know how other owners secure/restrain their dogs whilst on the move.

Hello Ron and Julie

Welcome hope you enjoy the forum and your new Cali.

We have 2 Cali Dogs Bess an old Collie X and Jack a Patterdale Terrier X.

Both have Car Dog harnesses and are attached to our Cali at the bottom left side of the front passenger seat belt. We us their dog leads wrapped around the seat belt then threaded through the loop (on the end of the leads) then clipped to the harness. Hope that makes sense.

This seems to work well as they both settle down behind the front seats and I feel they are secure.
