Can bed go down with 5th seat in?

Hi,

I plan to buy a 5th set for my Cali but can you slide the seat forward as far as possible and still make the bed or do you have to take the seat out?

Also, I have been reading about the various sleeves to keep to of area warm. What is considered the best? I think I would want one with the window zips do I can peep outside.

And also general consensus on best seat covers please?

1)No, unfortunately you can't fold down the rear bench to make it into a double bed if the fifth seat is installed.
2) You could perhaps get a Vanorak which covers the roof externally or a Brandrup Iso-Top which fits inside (or both if you're feeling flush!). Both have windows. There could be alternatives available.
3) Both VW and Inka waterproof seat covers are well regarded.
