Hi all
I'm looking for options to use my Cali beach for transporting garden stuff and larger cargo, without dirtying everything up - e.g. as if it was a transporter.

I searched a bit but didn't find anything yet.
The only idea I had was to DIY create a sort of a tunnel with protective fabric and either hang the top or put some structure inside to keep it up.
Then when the work is done, you remove the tunnel and get back to regular Cali setup.

Has anyone found a better solution for this?
Thanks
Michele

For garden rubbish I use the Builders type bags. Keeps it all in until lifted out to tip. Various sizes available online or from Screwfix or Toolstation.

Alternative method

Thanks. I was looking for something like the second option but to also cover the ceiling, to avoid dirtying that up. I have the bags but they don't work for very bulky objects and don't prevent dust etc to go around

Use velcro to attach a suitable material, canvas or similar, or if you have a boat cover maker near you see what they could make. Depends on cost justification.

Rhino boot liners make them for transporters.

1t builders bags are ideal & will stack on top of one another.

Cali trim is plastic so is easy to clean, just need to be careful that you don’t damage the headlining.

We also have inka waterproof seat covers which seem to be indestructible and easy to clean in the washing machine. + rubber flooring throughout from the club shop, easily removed & just hosed down.

We have a large sturdy plastic box I bought from BnQ. Came with a decent lid and I use it for everything from carrying paint to bags of plaster.
