Where will fuse be located?

Depends what model you have. A far as I'm aware the lighter socket is powered from the starter battery as it's a standard fitment on all van, not just the Cali, so the fuse will be situated with all the standard fuses which on out T5.1 are in a panel below the slide out tray.

When this happened to me, T6, the fuse was under the passenger seat.

Got a feeling mine (T5.1) was a 15A under the passenger seat. Spin the seat around and push back and you can get at it fairly easily.
