Contacting VW commerical

Hi

Any tips for contacting VW commercial and talking to a person? Nightmare trying to get through. Our roof needs sorting and the warranty runs out 25 June, we’ve been trying for over a week now.

And back up with an email to Customer Care. Given time is running out until warranty ends it‘s worth making sure you have evidence that VW have been given ample time to act and that you have made a reasonable attempt to contact them.... good luck.
