Cornwall Virgins - campsite's needed

We are looking at doing alittle 5 day trip to cornwall ,but need some ideas on good campsite's to book into ....maybe stopping at the eden project first for a night as well .....
probably taking the bikes and maybe the cali-pugs :crazy

Any site's people have stayed and enjoyed would be great

Stayed at http://www.doubletreesfarm.co.uk/ last year; clean, basic.

Walkable to Eden Project (about a mile); you can claim a discount on entry to Eden Project if you walk.

Cornwall is prolly one of my favourite destinations but it does depend a bit on what you like to do when you get there. So reviews are always subjective!

We stayed here last Christmas and love the site. Its basic but we will certainly go back (it was quiet when we went and I'm not sure Id like it so much when busy but I'm not much of a one for crowds..)

Next time we go down that way, I would like to find somwhere between Padstow and Wadebridge and cycle some of the Camel Trail which I hear is beautiful.

Lived in Cornwall for a long time but still camp here quite often.

Basic but stunning views (we stayed last weekend) and handy for Eden is Treveague Farm.

i can see that there are so many campsite's in cornwall ....The question is how far do we go ...all the way St Ives way or cut it short ...the problem is only got 4-5 nights ,so it will have to be 2 site's or i'll be driving every day ...
