DAB aerial

Hi all.
I'm thinking of getting a DAB radio to replace my rns510. I want to fit factory ARIAL, . Has anyone converted FM to digital, via a booster?
If so what can you use?. I've a 2013 caravelle.. Does T6 equipment work?
If so where is the aerial situated?.

Not sure if this is any help but I have recently put a DAB in my Golf. Initially the screen stick on aerial was pants, or so I thought. I was all ramped up to go powered body mounted tech when I had the windscreen replaced. Screen guy repositioned/stuck the aerial and now I have every DAB station on the planet clear as day. Head unit is Blaupunkt SQR46.

Thanks.. where abouts did he stick it. Why was it pants to start?

It’s along the top of the screen about 50mm from the top. No idea at all why it was rubbish before , all I know is it’s fantastic since he changed the screen. I have an Alpine unit in the CALI with similar issues. Screen mounted stick on aerial. Reception is junk. More difficult to sort out on the van due to fibreglass roof making it awkward to mount a decent powered antenna to steel bodywork. I could just run an extra earth cable I suppose.
