Dent & Scratch Cover

VW Commercial have offered Dent & Scratch Cover for 3 years for £299 with a £35 excess each claim. Anyone taken this out or a similar policy on a new VW Cali? Is it worth it? I suspect there might be cheaper policies out there but limited as they mainly cover just cars.

Sounds expensive. I know a dent master charges £30 a vehicle plus vat and depending on scratches can vary from £10 to £100 plus vat for severity.
Motor trade rule is anything over 10 cm squared goes to body shop so check that out too. Also there may be a stipulation that if you cant see from 2 metres it doesn't get done.
