Disable alarm when camping T5

Hi all

Read through the various posts with the button on the pillar and deadlocks etc.

Any simple advice please on how to lock the van while sleeping without the alarm going off.

Press the button on the piler behind the driver's seat (it will change colour) and lock the van with the switch by the drivers window. You can reopen the van with the key fob in the morning or using any of the door catches inside. To do it when leaving the van to go anywhere on the site, open the driver's door, press the switch on the piler, close drivers door and lock with key as normal. You need to do this on a ferry as well.
I got it wrong no need to press button on piler when in van. See below for correct info.

Just lock it from the button on the drivers door. Job done…..

You can turn the alarm off permanently with Carista; Great for campsites & ferries.
