Do Oceans come with a third rail (for fitting a 5th seat) by default? (in Ireland in case it differs by country)

Could people who have taken delivery of a 6.1 Ocean recently confirm whether or not they come with a 3rd rail (for fitting a 5th seat at the back) by default? Ideally Irish owners as it’s where we’ve ordered ours.

The list of options in Ireland doesn’t include a “preparation for 5th seat” option. The only available option is to buy the 5th seat. In our case, we’re not sure whether a 5th seat would make sense or not. But we’d like to have the option to buy one later on if it turns our we often need to carry an additional passenger.

Our Ocean only has 2 rails, 3 rails for 5th seat was an option. We’re not in the ROI though.
