Last time out in Dougie I noticed a grating and resistance to turning the drivers seat. I booked him in for a once over to find that in their wisdom VW had left a 10mm bolt: free of charge, in the swivel mechanism. This has resulted in the whole mechanism needing to be replaced, which as you can probably guess need to be imported. Take my hat off to Jct600 Sheffield for their courteous and frank appraisal of the matter. I'm just wondering what will arrive first VW parts or my new Rainboŵ screens.
