Fitting drive away tent to otheR side (using awning track ?)

has anyone used the kitchen side awning track ( without awning) to fit Kela or similar to it? Would be pretty useful if there was a fitting to take the figure 8 strip that goes onto the awning side? Any ideas?

Why would you want to join it on that side? I can see circumstances where it suits to pitch it on that side, but why not just pitch it freestanding? (unless you want to pass food through the kitchen window, like a 1970's serving hatch!)

This summer used the Vango Keela but also have sides on the awning. Both have merits, but quite a good way to keep a sizeable pitch when away for the day.... Get your drift though

That seems quite expensive, we got ours from a dealer for around £38+VAT ( we don't have the factory fit awning ) worth shopping around.
