Please see the “Battery management issues T7” thread in the T7 forumHi, have you had the 27T7 software update?
There are jump posts in the engine bay for petrol and diesel models, if it’s hybrid then it’s a call out I’m afraidHi we have a brand new T7 and it's sat on the drive waiting to set off on our big adventure this morning .....and the battery is flat ! can anyone help - is this normal ? Nothing was left on ! How do we start it ? Thanks in advance ang

It's dieselSorry you've not had a good start to your holiday.and hope it doesn't affect you continuing.
May I ask what your van is plse - hybrid/diesel/petrol ?
Was told our van didn't need update doing on it.
We used our hybrid van for 2 nights with no issues (4 days after picking up from dealer) but it will not be used now for another 4 weeks - am slight concerned.
That’s very frustrating.It's diesel️
Maybe a result of the flat battery. Once it’s had a good run and fully charged restart the vehicle, may reset. Thanks all - jump started it so we are off !! Another QQ there's a warning on the dash "charger cable still connected " even though its not ! Any ideas ?
