Just come across this site while looking for free places to stop in Norway.
In French but easy to use and covers a ot of countries.

There is one thing that concerns me about sites that publish details of free overnight parking for Motorhomes/Campervans. We're not the only ones that can access them. I checked up on a few in Wales and no way would I consider staying there during the holiday season or at weekends. Maybe in the depths of winter.

The free spots are indeed usually packed with big whites , i like the ones that have a statement saying : entrance over a narrow bridge or not suiteble for verhicles longer than 6m....
Don't see many big whites on those spots.

I use those spots frequent in France , arrive late afthernoon , small walk , eat , sleep and off early morning .
Than look out for a nice quiet nature spot to have breakfast.

Shame the UK don't have many of those free aires , but hey neither has Belgium so ....
France , Holland , Germany really well organised.
Also last year in Norway only took Four nights on campsites in three weeks .
Thats the way i love to travel
