Open.Hi, we are not using the Cali for the next 4 weeks or so , so it’s going in the garage . My question is, would you leave the fridge door wide open or leave it shut?. I’m thinking it’ll be good to air it …….
ThisWe keep ours open unless driving it. Once it loses its coolth, we dry it out and clean with antibacterial spray, then let it air.
Closed after cleaning and drying. Never had issues over last 8 years.Hi, we are not using the Cali for the next 4 weeks or so , so it’s going in the garage . My question is, would you leave the fridge door wide open or leave it shut?. I’m thinking it’ll be good to air it …….
Big Ted makes several useful bits - I scanned through this string and bought, fridge spacers
washing line bars, internal hooks etc.
Same here. I leave it open to dry thoroughly after cleaning but close it the next time I drive and leave it closed, sometimes for months. No problems at all.Closed after cleaning and drying. Never had issues over last 8 years.
sorry to say but ours both broke after only half a year. I now have them in stainless steel with felt on it. Maybe you'll have better luck with it.He does some great brackets so you can hang Ikea Sunnersta hanging rails and accessories above the worktop in an Ocean. Two rails fit perfectly from the wardrobe to over the sink. The rail stays up all the time but when we drive the accessories easily detach. On saying that though, there’s been times when we’ve forgotten and it’s been fine.

Same herei leave a tea towel under the lid to let it breathe.
A tea towel, even.Always open when not in use. Rolled up fleece does the job for us
Same here, clean, dry and air for a few hours then shut until next camping trip. I don't get any smell either.Mine's a daily driver so once cleaned and dried it stays shut, as others have said never had a problem with smells or anything. I'm sure some people just find solutions to non-existent problems
