GC 680 goes to limp mode

My GC 680 goes to limp mode couple of times at winter time.
Dealer said that it is an known problem but there are no correction yet.
They said to me that there is an TPI 2066062/1 and if the fault comes again I should make an call and ask if there are any updates to that TPI.
Does anyone know what for is that TPI. Dealer refused to say.
