Looks like myself, a good friend and our dads are going to the German Grand Prix, in Hokenhim in July. Anyone one been? Looking for a recommend on a campsite.

no allways looks a nice track .all the trees there .have to stop over at the RING .a must todo .love the ring .did a lap in my t4 westie .THEN WENT OUT WITH A NUTTER. :D
 
Best to Stay at the circuit campsite, try to get in the section on the outside of the ' Stadium ' section just before the North curve rather than the other areas which are the other side of the motorway. Don't think you can book but look on the circuit website. Great atmosphere.

Try the ' Gausthaus ' in the town ( by the large church ) for home brewed beer, good grub and a racing theme.

Have a look at the ' Jimmy Clark ' memorial which is now on the outside of the circuit by the North curve and walk the forest and follow the route of the old track, easy to follow and you will see the JC crash site with a small wooden cross to indicate the site.
 
Thanks will take a look at the memorial and the Gausthaus.

We are all booked now, and are staying at one of the circuits campsites.

Anyone else going?
