Hi, hoping someone can kindly help. We’ve had our 2011 SE for 18 months now and its been fantastic apart from just noticing moving the red drain lever position made no difference. After much investigation the cause is the pipe where it exits by the rear wheel is badly twisted / kinked (see photo) inside before it exits the cabin. Is it possible to fix this without dismantling the whole kitchen ?

with person inside, and person under van. try to unwind the hose from the outside. The person inside can inform if unwinding is working.

If you can't untwist it just undo the jubilee clip, rotate the waste pipe from outside and then tighten the jubilee clip. Once unkinked, if the pipe is blocked with debris just put a hose up the waste pipe from outside and turn on slowly then it should drain and you can flush and clean the waste tank. Have fun!
