Recommended for iPhone use. The charger is a tiny stubby job that is so short it can be left in place in the "ashtray" on the dash. The tray will easily close with it in situ. The cable fits in the little receptacle in the ashtray - again the tray closes with no problem.

Also, there are 2 USB sockets in the charger - we use the second for a USB to Tomtom cable.

For us, it replaces a double charger that always looked precarious perched on the tray.

Cost £8.95 inc postage on Amazon!

For us, a no brainer.

It just occurs to me that I should say, for the avoidance of doubt, that you do have to have the tray open when you have a cable plugged in to the charger. Sorry if I'm stating the blxxdin obvious!

Hi iane - Griffin exactly the biz. the charger I had before was (is) massive, ordered Friday and came Saturday - calis Sterling Silver 61 plate often around the Kendal area, bought it 10 weeks ago from E S Hartley Ings Staveley, not too bad a deal - love it - Kevin
