They are not naked. They have cycle helmets on. (Mind you Stephen Gough, the 'Naked Rambler', often wore a hat but that didn't him being arrested more than 30 times and spending more than 5 years in prison ).Two couples are cycling between Lands End and John O’Groats naked on tandems. One couple LEJOG and the other couple JOGLE.

would be interesting to know what kind of pressure in bar is on those tyres
Gough’s problems mostly occurred once he crossed the border into Scotland where the law on nudity is different to England and Wales. They are not naked. They have cycle helmets on. Ah, I think it would surprise a lot of people that simply baring your body parts with no ill intent can still be a crime. You will understand the finer points better than I do, but I think pottering around naked only becomes an offence in England and Wales if stripping off is done with the intent to offend.
In Scotland all it takes is for someone to be offended, regardless of the intent of the stripper.
Happened to the naked tandem couple too in Scotland.Gough’s problems mostly occurred once he crossed the border into Scotland where the law on nudity is different to England and Wales.

I would guess that it is easier for someone to be offended by a naked individual than a naked couple riding a bike (not one another).
I think I bumped into Stephen Gough once while I was out walking Meg on the North Downs.
I read a press report that the naked female rider of a naked tandem couple was attacked by a female car passenger who tried to push her off the tandem and called her a prostitute. It happened in Scotland and the attacker is to be prosecuted.I thought of posting this in the “View from your van” thread. But it wasn’t taken from my van, I saw it on the Tandem Club Facebook Page.
Good that the plug in socket failed rather than the fixed plug in the Cali. What kind of t**t would drive off whilst still plugged in?
On the plus side, I know the RCD in the house is ok. View attachment 98084

I used to do that too to prevent this same accident, until I realized my T6 would throw an alert in the control unit when I turn the ignition key if the hookup is still connected. Yours doesn't do this? Mine is an OceanI now have a laminated sign on my driver seat as soon as I go on “hook up“ at home , placed in the dash whilst away camping.

Then I expect the control unit would throw a hissy fit if you try to drive when hookup is still connected. I stopped using a note on the dash to remind me to unplug now. It also complains if you try to drive with the roof bed up, same beeping sound. Don't ask me how I know . Took me 10 meters until I stopped to figure out what it wasNot on a beach, no alarm, the basic things can make a difference
