I'm retiring next year and we've decided to buy either a Campervan or a caravan. The Campervan is looking more likely and the Grand California 600 is in pole position. I'll be reading the threads with interest and will no doubt be asking lots of questions so thanks in advance for sharing your knowledge.

We were in your position 4 years ago and found this forum to be very helpful and informative. If you can, try and see some vans in the metal and imagine how you’d live in it. Better still, hire one for a week. We ended up hiring twice before getting our own Cali. The only issue you’ll have is that Grand Californias are quite rare.
