Hello from newbies in Surrey

just a quick hello from us..just got our first Cali (2009 azure blue) 3 weeks ago, having waved goodbye to our 1971 Bay Heinz..and 2000 Beetle...we've just about stopped sobbing and are looking forward to our first trip away..if only this weather would perk up! We have 2 small people, aged 7 and 5 who are also very much hoping its going to happen soon so they can sleep up in the roof!

have very much enjoyed nosing around the forum and have learned loads already..although now paranoid about locing ourselves in or out of the van! We also popped to the Volksworld show yesterday and purchased a folding kettle, so now we're all set!

Very tempted to pitch up at the Calis on the Fram event..are there many people with children going..it looks like a beautiful campsite..

looking forward to getting to know you all and getting the most from the van..as yet un-named but we're getting close!

Hi Mike & Kim, welcome to the forum, I have just checked the list and we have at least 35 kids coming to Cali's on the Farm so far and it is a good mix of ages.

It will be great if you can make it ..
