After dinner with my parents tonight, they, my wife and my two children, having been blatantly coerced, decided that my beloved Amarillo should be renamed, The Mustard Pot. How can I best defend the dignity of Amarillo against this unjust humiliation?

Compare this with my father's new car, originally named The Silver Carriage, and now renamed by my son, Silver Bullet.

Hmmm ...alltough i do see some compares to a mustard pot...;)

:DMustard pot gets my vote, it just works. I can see no defence for you I'm afraid.

Mustard on it's own sounds good to me. :)

If you really don't like it, then the other route is, anyone who calls it that arent allowed to get in or go away in it ;)

My first car was called Yellow Peril (a 1983 Vauxhall Cavalier), also known as the Bananamobile. :)

Sounds good to me. Our yellow Beach was Roobarb. As in ...and Custard. Err, if you get what I mean...

:D

It sounds more posh and less humiliating if you say it in French: Le Moutardier

Mellow Yellow? or with that colour scheme how about Buff Opington?
