Help please in Belgium and sliding door won’t shut t5.1. Internal lock appears stuck down

Close the manual slide door to the point where you hear the closing motor engage and hold it in that position. At the same time press the door lock then door open buttons of the key fob. Bingo!

My t5 sliding door quit working on my last van during a camping trip and it was the cable behind the sliding door trim panel. Hope this helps, might just be the same issue, good luck

I dont have any tools here but managed to lift with the handle on the outside and get it closed
