Help required diagnosing perplexing sound from engine compartment

This sound has been present for some weeks now, and only seems to happen at very low speeds when in queuing traffic, waiting at roundabouts etc.

At first I thought that the "moo" issue had returned which I had fixed a couple pf years back. But the sound is much more subtle than that and is more like a repeated "Umhhh".

It doesn't seem to impact on performance, but I want try try and isolate the problem before it does grow into a bigger issue. Any idea what could be causing it.

Is it only happening at low speeds or are you only hearing it at lower speeds?
Have you checked all fluids? especially power steering fluid.

Good question. I think it's only present at low speeds (but can't be sure). Power steering fluid is something I will check though. Thanks.
