Help with download

New to the forum and picking up a two year old California next week, so was pleased to find a vehicle handover checklist on the forums downloads section. Unfortunately I'am getting an error message when I try and download the document: "The user name or password you entered for area “Downloads” on vwcaliforniaclub.com:80 was incorrect. Make sure you’re entering them correctly, and then try again".

I would appreciate some advice - I am using the same user name and password that I use to log on to the forum.

Earlier today Martin the Admin took the decision to make downloads for VIP's only and therefore you would need the username and password which is now located in the VIP area.

Sorry if this has caused you an issue.

Steve, we had to password protect this as it was effecting our bandwidth on the website as some files were being downloaded in the thousands, if you can email me I will send you a copy.
