Help!

How do I detach the wiring and remove control panel ( attempting to send to verotronics) . The front was hanging by the stripey plastic things but have tried to push back. Managed to set off auxiliary heater so probably nearly killed myself.

The purple lever hinges over and releases the large plug, the other 2 smaller ones have a small clip that presses in to release them.
