Whatever you do don’t get too attached to it before you rent it out..And take the biggest deposit their credit card will allow for the rental..If it’s a powered roof model spend an hour showing how the roof goes up and down.. Some people will care for it others won’t.

Make a list of ALL additional costs then divide up between number of weeks you may wish to rent. Then include any other costs, cleaning, what damage will you waver, remember your time is not free. As previously mentioned can you live with scratches and damage you didn’t create. Take away the weekly additional cost from proposed income - now is it really worth it ?
