Does anyone know what the four diagonally placed 'hooks' are for in the Cali roof bit? I've been staring at them for ages wondering what they are for!!! :thanks

In our case, we string a bungee between the front two and use it as a towel rail

Quite effective it is too and keeps them (the towels) out of the way

Hadn't realized they were for the net! Thought it was to fit a mirror.. ;)

We string a bungee across and hang my watch up there by a karabiner so if either of us wakes in the night we can see the time easily.

We do the same!

do the screws of these hooks screw into something firm rather than the thin roof (I guess they do obviously).
I'd like to screw in another 2 or 4 hooks further along the edge of the inside of the roof if I could but I guess there's nothing equivalent to whatever the net hooks screw into?

Or is there?

It would be good to know - if anybody has access to the skeleton the ceiling uses to fasten to the roof.
:thanks

On the subject of the child safety net, does anyone know what the square hole in the middle bottom of the net is for?? You can fit your hand through the square hole, but I dont know what purpose it serves.
